How technology effected my life is how we communicate with each other. It seems that everyone has cell phones now what ever happened to pagers. Also people have lap tops now in order to get Internet access and work on assignments whenever they like. A big change is the Internet. You are able to find anything that you want and research any thing you like. You are able to find someone by simply googling there name. My space is a big factor of how technology has changed. You are able to post pictures and blogs on your web page. Its a easy way to find Friends and even love. Its a trip to see how we communicate through email. You are able to write someone 5,000 miles away ans receive a message back in all in one click. TV is changing allot now we have HDTV with 10 times the picture. Blue rays that are 5 timed better then regular DVDs. Its scary where technology is going i could only imagine in 15 years where this world will be.

What Would I Do If I Won The Lottery

If i won the lottery, the first thing i would buy is a house. As i was growing up my family and i never lived in a house. We always lived in a apartment,duplex,shack, etc. I don't know how it feels to have a back yard or a garage. The second thing i would buy is 3 cars. One car for the snow another for summer and another for messing around. Then i would get my daughters education together because i know how it feels to not have money to pay for education. the third thing i would do is buy stocks, because i want my money to go to a save place. I want even my daughters kids to be financially stable. My main point is that i don't want to waste money stupid. Of course I'm gonna blow lots of money but i just don't want to blow it on stupid things. My chances of winning the lottery is slim but in order for me to win is that i must keep trying.

One thing that i read recently that i enjoyed was the November issue of ESPN. There was a section in their that dealt with the New York Giants winning the super bowl. Going in to the super bowl the giants where a 24 point underdog. The odds of them winning where 24 to 1. They where up against a tough opponent. The New England Patriots where 18 and 0 through the season and including the playoffs. They where lead by pro bowler Tom Brady. With a real good wide receiver core lead by Randy Moss and Weiss Welker everyone thought that the Patriots would go down as undefeated and the best NFL team ever. Not until the Giants had something to say about that. Tom Brady was not under pressure the whole year. In the game the giants sacked Brady 7 times the most by any team. That was the more then he was sacked out of the whole year. People thought that the Patriots didn't have a weakness but the Giants found it and keyed on it. Giants ended up winning the game 31 to 24. The game might go down as maybe one of the biggest upsets ever.

Text message 1. Fu steroids are not good for you keep taking them and there gonna shrink more things then your brain.
Bill board 2. Steroids are being abused and its your responsibility as a parent to teach your kids on why its not OK to use them.

The medium of different ways of getting out the message are critical. Through a text message i seem to get the point across more clearly then other ways. Bill boards would probably be the toughest cause you have to catch peoples eyes. You don't want them to turn away.Maybe a picture of a kid who is naturally fit as a kid. Then a picture of that kid in a couple of years on steroids looking all buffed out and Vanny. Through a blog posting you want to say something that catches peoples eyes. No Matter what there has to be a point across that steroids are bad.

Some ideas i have for my argument essay are that Rap music should not be criticized. That we as Americans should not pay for college or any school. That 6Th grade students should not have to go to school with 7Th and 8Th graders they should be still in elementary. That a Chevy car is better then a Ford car. That cars should be a lot cheaper then what dealerships are asking for. That jobs should not be so hard to get going through back ground checks, drug tests, so many interviews etc. Whatever it may be I'm scared that my topic that i pick is going to be to broad. That I'm not going to be able to get a three page essay out of it. This essay might be the hardest one so far but i no i will get through it. Please wish me luck and the best.

Music I Like

I like different types of music. Such as country where it talks about doing so much to love a girl. Jazz when I'm in a relaxing mood and just want to chill out. Oldies that will always rule forever and never get old. But my most popular music that i like is of course is rap. Rap is the most common music i listen to. You most likely will find a rap CD in my stereo. Theirs nothing like hearing a flow that speakers the truth. For instance Lil Wayne who is right now the most popular rap artist and might go down as the best ever. When he raps he don't right down his words he just steps up to the mic and speaks whats on his mind its called a freestyle. In rap music theirs different styles like screwed and chopped. They slow down the beat and lyrics where you can follow the song. This was inspired by DJ Screw and he came out of Texas. The south is most common for this kind of music. Overall music will never go away it will just change.

Last Movie I Saw That I Did Or Did Not Like

Well the last movie i saw that i liked was Iron man. The movie had allot of graphics and explosions. I went to see it with my girlfriend and my daughter so i wasn't able to watch the whole thing because my daughter kept asking for food. So i was getting up every 15 minutes to go get her food. Some things that they could of mad different was to get a better person to play Iron man. Out of all people they chose a guy who is over 40 years old with no sense of humor. they could of have chosen a 23 year old with an imagination to explore. Like Spider man who is a guy who likes comic books and is chasing a girl who he likes since a kid. Overall Iron man was a good movie and would recommend it to any other family's.

To succeed in life is a wonderful achievement. There shouldn't be no reason why no one should succeed. In this world theres nothing but land and opportunity to be somebody. We as Americans have a chance to be anybody we will like to be. We should take advantage of things. Whether its coming to school and having the government pay for all of it or working at jobs with excellent benefits. Whatever it may be theres a chance out there to make are selves better as people. You don't want to live life with having to always struggle in order to pay bills on time. Or when you go places and don't have enough money to purchase things that you want. That's not the way you want to live your life. Remember one thing though we only live once so be all you can be.

She then talkes about how she has been disriminated by others for the way she looked or for who she is with. Her boyfreind is a Arab from a differnt country.His skin tone is darker then hers so she talkes about how funny it may look when there together and holding hands. She then gives examples of things she heard other people say about them. Like those two people dont belong together, They looke funny, I wonder how there kids will look. I think people should mind there own bussiness and worry about there own relashionship that might be the reason why there relashionship aint working out. One belief i strongly agree with is that we as Americans should be able to smoke pot whenever and wherever we like. We shouldn't have to be scared when cops or people roll by. Its a drug that people like and it makes people forget all about there worries. If you are having problems with bills,food,relationships, whatever it may be take a hit of the blunt and i guarantee it all worries will be forgotten. Smoking pot can be used for whatever reasons you like including the cure to help with clinical reasons. It makes people with clinical disabilities feel a lot better. I am a user and use it everyday 24/7. It makes me look at things different i feel i am able to act like myself because that is what i like to do. I think no one should care or judge me just because i am a user. As long as i handle and take care of mine there shouldn't be no problem with me smoking. They say that it makes your reactions slower to me that's a good thing it slowed everything down. Stop living life in the fast lane we only live once.

How Bad The Broncos Suck

First of all the Broncos dont suck im a big bronco fan till death there just a young team in the mix of learning. I can tell you one thing though are future is bright mostly all of are starters are only 4 years in to the league. But thers room for improvement right now. The broncose have the 30th rushed defense with the 29th passing defense and thats out of 31 teams. They say that defense wins champion ships wich is totally true and no team is gonna make it there with the stats that the broncos are currently putting up. We have big names like are cornerbacks Champ Bailey who is known as a shutdown corner and Dre Bly who is known as a lockdown corner. Those two players are the veterns of the team and there only 9 years in to the league. Its scary where the Broncos are going to be in the future but as of now its important to stick by them during the rough times.

The picture i choose is on page 576. It is about September 11, 2001. The reason why i choose this picture is because it was a big part of my life and i bet plenty more people. I remember sitting in high school and asking for a bathroom pass as I was walking up to the bathroom i noticed all kinds of teachers stuck on the t.v. watching to planes crash in to the towers. The first thing that i thought about was it must be a group of people who went crazy. Then to learn that it was a group of tarriest that was sent on a mission to destroy the buildings. Which was led by Osama Bin Laden. A guy who we still till this day cant find. We then went to war and still fighting that war till this day. Now it is 2008 and looking back over the 7 years we as America mad changes of how we communicate with others and how we fly and of course change to the way we live. They say change is good but I'm afraid that we as America will go back to are old stubborn ways which then can lead to another tarriest plot and this time might be worse.

Asa kid i had a dream to become a professional football player.That dream came almost true. i played football at Mesa State as a freshmen in college.Whats the next step after college that is the NFL. I think the reason why i didn't make it was because i went to a little college and worried about others instead of myself. I wanted to hang out with Friends and have fun fun when really i should of have been doing homework and studying. In my heart i new i could of mad it but when you have a family struggling with bills and rent it changes everything. I had to become the second man in the house and provide food and shelter. The first man is my dad but his income wasn't enough. My mother tried and still does but i don't want to see her hurting herself. She yous to come home with grocery bags and sweat on her face. After seeing that as a kid i new there had to be a change. Going through all kinds of struggles and having a dream to succeeded made me who i am today. Even though I new i came close to accomplishing that dream. taking care of my family was my main priority and i like I'm a bigger man for doing that.

If I was President some things that I would address is to give back to others who deserve it. People who get up every morning to go to work. Give back to others who at least try and give effort. Thers people who take advantage of this government and wait on their food stamps to come in and wait on there social security checks every month. Then they spend their money stupid on drugs and alcohol . When they should be spending it on food, bills, and especially there kids. Second is make school free to any one who wants to go. We shouldn't have to pay for degree when where earning one. As a president i would make allot of changes but those are the most important ones to me.

To me the central point of the article is that we as a society are spoiling are selves with things that maybe we don't need. Houses that have swimming pools, people want to live in nice neighborhoods,extra high ceilings, etc. She asked what ever happened to family's that wanted a house to only have maybe 3 bedrooms with a 1 car garage and with 2bathrooms. Allot of that has to do with money. The more money you have the more things you want. Why? Is because people can afford things that others don't have. I say to those people is go head and give yourself and family the best you can give cause i no i would. the scary thing about it is that it's going to get worst. As i was looking at my school called Red Rocks Community College i seen nothing but opportunity. This is a place where i see myself being for a couple of years. A chance where i can be all i can be. A chance to do something with my life and prove to my self that my dreams can come true. I see lots of windows which means to dream. I see plenty of students that are giving the opportunity to succeed. I see the word community which means that we all work together as a group. I also see change. To change someones life, beliefs, actions, and some there past. This is a place where people should be taking advantage of the opportunity to make that change. Even though you might see people come and go that doesn't mean that you have to. We all go home to our family's but then report back here the next day. That means dedication. When you have dedicating you have love for it. That's all you need.

What Tattoos Represent

As a kid i always wanted to be like others such as older cousins,friends,and to stay up with fashion. When i got my first tattoo i thought what should i get on my self that I'm gonna look at for the rest of my life. i thought of gangs stuff like where I'm from. Not my town or city or state but what side of the town do i represent. i thought about that and said I'm not gonna be a gang banger my whole life its time to grow up. Finally i came to a conclusion and said who do i love. The first people who popped in my mind was my mother and father. i said that is something i want look at everyday and say those are the ones who no me the best and who will always be their for me. the only thing now that scares me about tattoos is i don't want one that I'm gonna regret the next day. Also there to expensive and i don't no if i can trust anyone if i don't see no ones work that has been done before on others i wont let them touch my skin. As i was doing my collage. I thought of words and text. I feel that you can learn more from words and text better then pictures. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words and its so true. I put words like happy,cherish,dreaming,succeed,etc. Those are words that my life revolves around and i live everyday. My key points I wanted to key on was my family. I cannot be the same without them. They mad me who i am and i thought it would be nice to honor them through pictures and text. I felt like i could of gave more effort and time on my collage. But overall I think i did OK and met the standards.

My reaction to the essay is she hits every key points you can hit. She gives examples of how people today want to be so much like their hero and are willing to go through whatever it takes to be just like that person. Even if they don't they still want to be as beautiful and as rich. I think the reason why people are so worried about there image is because in today's society people look at other people on the outside. What they have,what kinda car are they driving, check out that women's purse and her clothing, and do they have the top of the line accessories. That shouldn't matter though. We should look at people as do they have a education, are they a leader, do they have a sense of humor. Those things are what we should be looking at when you see someone. As this world develops i come to find out that its all about money. If you have money you have power and when you have power you have respect. That what it comes down to. People want all the new stuff but little do they no that everything cost money. Some earn it and others take it. If you earn your money and you worked hard your whole life you should be able to have anything that you would like.

Effects and Purpose of John Mccain speech

In the beginning they showed a video of John McCain's life. He served this country in Vietnam. He also is a father of 7 children and a loving husband. But better yet he is a mommas boy so me and him have something in com in. The crowd gave him a standing ovation. Then he walked to the podium and addressed the world. He said that he would not let us down if he becomes president. Im dying to wait and see. He gave respect to his opponent Obama. But then turned around and said how he really feels about him. As i was watching ther was a couple of Obama supporters in the crowd. Some where holding up signs that where against him at his own speech. Im sure he didnt like that. Mccain talked about the same situations that Obama did but from his view. When he talked it reminded me of watching a George Bush speech. He had a smile after every word and seemed to make a couple of thing a joke just like Bush. His voice didnt convince me to vote for him. After last weeks Obama speech i think it was hard for Mccain to answer back. Obama drew in more supporters as he talked. He has so many people convinced that its hard to change ther mind. Personaly i have alot of questions for Mccain that probably whont get answered. But this november my voice will get herd.

I never new nothin about Borrack Obama. Who he is, where he came from, nothing but that he is going to be running to be the next President of the United States. But after finally getting a chance to see him speak last Thursday. He brought chills to my skin. When he first came out the audience gave him a standing ovation. I swear they stood up for at least 10 minutes. He had people crying and grown men with tears in their eyes. Everything that he was saying was correct. He was saying so much things that relate to me and my family. When he said that we should give back to people who get up at 5 in the morning to put a meal on the table for there family and loved ones is the exact same thing my mom and dad have been doing all ther lives. Also when he said that 8 years has been enough of putting up with the gas prices and many of peoples houses up for foreclosure is enough. Really sitting down and thinking about that is exactly what is happening now. Gas prices are at a all time high and so are foreclosures on peoples houses. He kept saying that it is a time for change. I agree. When he speaks he reminds me of Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and the next one is Borrack Obama. I feel like this guy is the leader to lead this country. I never thought I would be alive to see the first black president but this November we will see history with are own eyes.

Non educational text to me is reading clothing. like the brands name how you suppose to learn anything that only has one word and that don't give no background information.
